Alright. This blog entry is going to be actually about a band that isn't as known as many others. Now, you need somewhat of a certain kind of ear for this kind of music. I just so happen to have it, haha. There are actually many people who do listen to this as well.

I chose this band in particular though because I personally know one of the band-mates. These are a group of great guys, and they're extremely talented as well, as a whole and on their own. They have a unique kind of sound, and I absolutely love it.

The band-mates are as follows:
Vocals: John Delmain
Guitar/Vocals: Xander Mayor
Guitar/Vocals: Jeff Parker
Bass: Frank Drew
Drums: Jarred Mckinney

They classify themselves as being a Hardcore - Metal - Progressive genre.

I would love it if everyone would check them out. May or may not be your favorite kind of music, but they do have a lot of talent.

A DAY TO REMEMBER.

This is my first real post to this thing, so I decided I would like to start off with a band. "A Day to Remember" is an American punk band. They actually originated from Ocala, FL. Currently this band has 4 albums out. They are "And Their Name Was Treason" which came out in 2005, "For Those Who Have Heart" which came out in 2007, "Homesick" which came out in 2009, and "What Separates Me from You" which came out in 2010.
In my opinion, this band is absolutely great. I would love nothing more than to be able to see them in concert!

I just believe they're an amazing band all around, and I seriously advise everyone to check them out whenever you can!

I'm going to start off with saying hello, I'm Alyssa! This is my blog, and obviously, it focuses on music. Now, I listen to quite a range of music, so at one point there will be something for everyone. The only thing I actually refuse to listen to is bluegrass. (Sorry!) So, there will be plenty here!
